My trailer is a 1989 32' Excella. The new board is almost identical to the old one except the old board has an extra single black wire. The wire is soldered to the old board and runs to the area of the igniter. Should this wire be used with the new board, if so where does it connect to the new board? The 15 amp water heater circuit breaker will not reset even if the switch is turned off. If I try to reset it, it immediately trips. (The water heater works when set to gas operation.) I could understand the breaker tripping if the electric operation switch was turned on, but it doesn't matter whether it is on or off. It's electronic ignition. I watched the flame, & it looks good, but it just quits. I can turn the switch off, wait 30 seconds, then it repeats the above. Any idea what is causing this? The water heater is a propane only unit. The original one is long gone. Everything works now, but I'm not real keen on using a 38 year old water filter. Anyone know where I can get a replacement filter? Or, can I just bypass the filter and get an inexpensive in-line filter from Camping World? We will not be using the fresh water tank at all.

Been asking a lot of questions here the last two days about stuff that's probably been answered a million times but the search engine leaves much to be desired and I've gone from having months to get stuff working to having about 3 days - go figure. :mad:

Trailer is stationary right now and wind here in Nevada has been blowing 50 mph so pilot light went out last night. Trying to relight pilot w/ this much wind has, to say the least, been a bit frustrating.:angry:
