Time to get signed-up for another “hum-dinger” of a rally at Jackson Rancheria. The dates are October 15-17, 2010. We have the same 30 sites reserved as last year. Do not procrastinate because those 30 sites will go fast and then you will be left out. The Jackson Rancheria RV Resort is now extremely popular and is frequently sold-out on a daily basis. It is also now rated as one of the best parks in California. Thus, reservations are required very early.

New Reservation Policy for 2010
Please note:
1. All nights must be pre-paid to Jeff!
2. We will be using PayPal for easy reservation payments. If you prefer, you may send a check to Jeff instead (PM coastalview for address).
3. All extra nights before and after the rally must be reserved through Jeff. If you are staying extra nights, decide which nights and pre-pay for them when making reservations.
4. Camping fees are $30 a night. This is a discounted rate.

Cancellation Policy

• Reservation fees are fully refundable if cancelled BEFORE August 9.
• One night’s fee will be charged if cancelled AFTER August 9.
• NO REFUND if cancelled after October 9.
If cancelled after October 9, the site is paid for and will stay vacant during the rally to avoid a white box inside our group.
5. PayPal charges a transaction fee on credit card/debit card payments. The transaction fee amounts to $1.17 a night. There is NO FEE if paid through a checking account or PayPal account.
6. Site assignments are subject to change without notice. Site requests will be honored if possible. Please understand we may have to change site assignments to consolidate the group as the rally approaches.

Procedure for Making Reservations
1. Decide which nights you will be staying at the Rancheria.
2. Figure out your fee by “number of nights” X $30.
3. Go to PayPal.com to make a reservation and pay your fee. Click here to send money to Jeff (Or PM Jeff to for his address to mail a check.)
4. Pay for ALL nights you are staying at the Rancheria. If using a credit card, you must pay the transaction fee. PayPal will figure out the fee and add it to the total. PayPal will NOT charge a transaction fee (free) on payments from a checking account or PayPal account.
5. In the memo window, put the following information: Forum name, real names, site request, and dates paid for.
6. You will receive a confirmation email within a few days from Jeff.
7. RSVP on the rally calendar page with name, dates, and site number.
8. Reread the above cancellation policy. Email Jeff ASAP to cancel.
