We will be awarding our own silver family trophy to those who enter from our group! (Someone besides Larry & Terry need to add their name to our airstream trophy!) Every unit in attendance will receive a "swag bag as well" or some form of goody bag! There will be prizes for best decorated trailer (for Halloween of course), best carved pumpkin, and best chili as part of the Venison Chili Cook off run by the state park! (They provide 1 pound of venison so long as you pre-register)
If you would be interested in ordering a shirt for this rally, the order will be placed by Sept 28th to ensure we have enough time to receive them. Just send Airbiscuit a private message with T-shirt Size & quantity!
Venison Chili Cook Off - Oct. 25, 1-3p.m.
Calling all cooks! Participants must pre-register at the park for this event by October 17. Findley provides the venison to contestants on Friday of the event. Contestants must return their entries for judging by 1 p.m. on Saturday at the nature center or designated area. Regular camping fees apply. Call either 440-647-4490 or 440-647-5749 ext. 100 or ext. 102 to register. Let them know you are with the Airstream Group and need to register for the chili cook off!
As of April 23, 2014 you should be able to reserve your very own personal space to attend with us via the Ohio State Parks Website or the Ohio State Parks Reservation Number Tentative Schedule of Events: (All events are optional!)Please check in the swag bags for final schedule! : Arrival & Dinner around the fire pit (or under the big tent)

Beenies & Weenies on the fireWe will be hanging around inside the big tent (it is heated) if you dont see anyone at the site, check inside the tent. Bring our own chairs!
If you have an item to add to the raffle, you can bring it at any time to turn in prior to 1pm, since we will be setting up for the raffle PRIOR to chilli turn in. Tickets will be sold starting at 10am Saturday with last call for tickets to be sold at 4:45pm Saturday. (See Loren or Mike for tickets) Remember for every item donated you receive 5 free tickets! Saturday: 8am -9am Breakfast in the tent (pancakes, sausage gravy/biscuits, fresh fruit, feel free to add your own dish to this as the griddle will be hot and ready!)
