Please note that the campground is not reservable before May 15th, it's strictly first come first serve.

Campground Name: Lowden State Park

We’ll be gathering at the Lowden State Park in Oregon Illinois on May 15, 16 and 17th.
The Park is located south of Rockford off of River Road, Route 33, North of Oregon Illinois. Being an Illinois State Park, reservations can be made through Reserve America.

Sites 35-49 worked well last year so make your reservations in or around the shady Rest Loop. The sites are gravel and grass with 30 and 50 amp electric. The shower house and water hydrants are close by. There are unreserved sites close by on a first come first served basis.

One only needs to have an Airstream, Interstate, Avion or Argosy, but we do allow SOB's; but you may get harassed "in fun". Follow here and under the FORUM heading. Mike

Yep can't wait to go, just hope the rig dosent fall apart like the car in "the blues brothers" movie when I reach my destination

This is not a WBCCI rally. You do not need to be a WBCCI member to attend. If you are a member of the Northern Illinois Unit, you are welcome to attend.

The WBCCI units in Illinois (Northern Illinois, Lincolnland and Southern Illinois) are jointly holding an all Illinois state rally.

This rally is being held over a four day period and is on Lake Shelbyville.

The check-in time at Lithia Springs is 5:00 pm and the check out time is 4:00 pm.

Location: Independence RV Park, 820 3rd Avenue, Independence, IA - MAP
The Independence RV Park is on Highway 150. If you're coming from the south the campground is on your right just after you cross the Wapsipinicon River. It is just across the highway from the Dairy Queen.
