Heavy dirt embedded in oxidized area of inside frames

10 hours in and one window is still encrusted with dirt empregnated oxidation.
planning to take apart the plates and clips.
Tried:
PB Blaster soak
Scotch brite wheel and F9
Dremel and F9
Sand Block
Resorting to Aircraft stripper and protecting body parts (mine) rubber window trim.
is this idea worth it?
or just spray silver rustoleum?
or live with it. not excited about that.
