So I had to say goodbye to the 1947 Liner. It wasn't easy and I am still upset about it, BUT it obviously wasn't in the cards....
So, I went on the hunt again and after a few attempts, I was steered by one forum member toward another and found a new-to-me gem. I am now the proud owner of a 1956 (registered 1957) Overlander 26'. She is need of a full, shell-off frame replacement, but the nice part of having to start from the beginning, is that everything can be updated and renewed and still within the old vintage awesomeness! So, hopefully in the next few months... year... years... I will be able to join the hundreds/thousands of others who have and are restoring vintage beauties!!!
