2005 22' International CCD light problems

I recently purchased this unit and am having lighting problems. Can anyone tell me how to open the ceiling lights? I also ordered the LED replacement bulbs for the reading lamps to replace the Halogen bulbs from Airstream, but they don't work. The manual says check the breaker box under the bed if the lights don't work, however there are no breakers on it, just a bunch of wires. I am so confused on this issue. Any suggestions?
