screen door slide

I have a 74 safari and I'm looking for the plastic slide that goes on the screen door to cover up the latch hole. I have no idea what it looks like all I know is that you can not open the exterior door with out yanking on it, as the screen door latch hold the door shut. Does some one have a picture of what this slide looks like and any idea where I can get one.

1. 	Looking in my manual I see the part# is 00690 for the part I'm looking for but when I search it on the internet I find nothing
