Replaced all the plugs and put the new ones in junction boxes
Re-wired and replaced all my plugs today. Got rid of the CRAP RV style plugs and put them all in a proper junction box. Now all my plugs are Commercial Grade TR plugs in a Carlon PVC wall boxes.
The pop in boxes have Tabs that hold them in place but I added pop riveted to pull inside skin tight against the junction box so the plug cover is tight in place.
I’m glad to have this one done. Those connections in the factory plugs are real sketchy.

Looks good. Rivets to hold the box in place. Great idea - low profile so minimal interference with the cover plate.
Are the blue outlet boxes standard residential size?
