Gray Tank Installation Update!

Posted 01-19-2009 at 12:48 PM by FLYNCLD

We have completed the gray water tank installation in our 1962 Flying Cloud including rust prevention, tank brackets and belly skin repairs. Everything works like a charm! After we finish up a few more repairs underneath, it's on to the electrical and the interior!

Wow ! Im impressed--great looking grey tank install ! Does the new tank have two entry points? [kitchen and shower] I wonder if I could do the same on my 71 safari? thanks for sharing!--jim

Thanks Jim! Yes, there is both a shower and a sink entry. I was fortunate in that someone had already done most of the piping I needed under the the trailer, it was just hooked up to a hose outlet instead of a gray tank. I just had to tie into it. I don't know much about the underside of a 71' Safari, but I am sure somebody out there does! Good Luck!
