got her gutted this weekend, at least most of it. rain prevented the removal of furnace and water heater,has to be done partially from out side as am saving the exterior for reinstall with the new appls.
the rear floor is rotted away as expected ! also the last crossmember is rusted in 1/2 at center and will need replaced. was planning on pulling the belly anyway so no big deal. found cool stuff while at it, lic. plates from ohio 1965 and 66 says housecar on them, how cool is that. the original water pump is an extravagant piece as well has built in surge tank with air chuck and works, a novelty as far as i'm concerned but cool none the less.
