I am interested in replacing my 1974 Sovereign interior lights on the ceiling as well as the kitchen and bathroom lights with LED's...Has anyone else done this, and if so, please send me step by step photos with instructions.

    LED's

    Don't do it...

Flourescents are actually more efficient, cheaper, and much more attractive.

I tried to mount about a half dozen (expensive) LED's in the interior of the '78 - took almost all of them out.

For real light, if there are no boondocking issues, go with halogen, flourescent for power consumption and lack of heating, and LED's dead last since it's so difficult to get a good looking fixture with a decent amount of light.

I have to say that I am pretty happy with my LED's. I have replaced most of the lights in the trailer with them and they are working out well. We boondock a lot and it sure helps with saving amps.
