First issues:
Pantry latch does not hold
(1) Dinette bed slat came completely out

That's what I'm getting.
The pantry and Microwave latches have been commented on. I think I'll install a simple lock on those.

I think I'd replace the screws with bolts and nuts. Isn't there access into the seating areas so you could put a fender washer and nut inside? Admittedly, it's one more thing to add to the, "Thanks, Thor" list of shoddy workmanship.
