Seeing Daylight for the First Time Again

Posted 08-09-2017 at 04:00 PM by Chameleon

After all the appropriate paperwork and handshaking, along with the assistance of my father-in-law and two brothers-in law, we were able to hook up and pull her out into the daylight.

It was only then that we realized truly how much dirt was on this beast. We only had about 15 miles to go. The challenge was that these were old tires. They looked good, but did have a bit a dry rot. We decided to stick to the back roads and take it slow.

It being Oklahoma in September, we got hot and thirsty. Which, in my eyes, meant photo op!
