Bought it off ebay 2 weeks ago, drove 600 miles to get it out of a field...got enough air in the tires to tow it to the nearest tire store. While the folks put new tires on I disassembled the bearings and was pleasantly surprised...old grease wasn't even caked. Cleaned em and re assembled, headed to the nearest town, transferred title and got some electrical parts...all the lights worked in short order so I drove the 600 miles back the same day. All together 23:30 from Johnson City TN to near State College, PA and Back. Will write more and show more as it comes along!

Thanx...the inside has now been gutted and (mostly) painted. I need advice from you all on a few items. A. My "airstream" letters on the outside are hardly visible...are there any suppliers of transfer lettering or ??? to help me get that back???
B. What kind of Hubcaps or wheel coverings were common for these models?
Thanx Lots!
