The first order of business, and it was too obvious, was the chassis. The existing chassis was rusted out so bad that all of the outriggers on the curb side (and others) has long since rusted off. The main channel curbside just forward of the wheel wells had bent and twisted. Because the shell wasn't attached to anything much on the curb side, when the main rail bent, the shell suffered no damage.
