Good question. Since health insurance differs from state to state you need to purchase health insurance in the state where you have declared legal residence. Perhaps you can establish an address at a UPS Store or other mail forwarding service, in your state of legal residence, that can...

Cable TV issues

I agree with the recommendation to stay at Prince William Forest Park. Lake Fairfax Park near Reston, VA has 136 sites, 54 with electric connections. Lake Fairfax also has a dump station and bath house. You can drive about 10 miles to the Vienna or Falls Church metro stations to get into DC.
