Hello I'm trying to find out my max. trailer size I can pull safely with this Truck; 1999 Chevy Silvarado 2wd. 1500 ,5.3 V8, auto, 3;42 rear ratio, Ext . cab ,6' bed. Can you share your experience, or thoughts, Thanks!.

Airstream in the Desert?

Hi, I'm new and have questions on putting a unit off the grid in Bisbee Arizona desert. How hot do trailers get in the summer? Cooling ,heating,solar power ,etc. Looking at options and your tips and experiences! Thanks! GK.

Help need info on Trailer use off grid in desert. ( I'm new)

Looking to purchase a used airstream trailer to use in southeast AZ, off the grid. Would like to know pros and cons of these units, what to look for & price range. How do these aluminum trailors fare in the desert? Also, solar cababilities. Considering compost toilet. Can anyone share info regarding this kind of usage? Also, maybe you have one to sell?
