Michelin 16" LT Tire Upgrade

You have asked the question that is the basis for all of the confusion. You are not alone. If we could depend on the tire to wear normally, we would probably not have to depate the beat up topic. My experience with my last 5 GYM 10 ply 15" is that I got a range of 300 to 1400 miles before blowout. inflation carefully and often checked. I upgraded to the Mich. and upgraded my axles. No problem for first 3400 miles. Good luck

Yes, but opinions vary on this topic. search this site for tire failure and find the commentary. I lost so many tires on my argosy fifth wheel and my 27 Argosy that I converted to LT Michilin tires, new wheels and new axles in Spring 2015. I have been happy with results. Tried most of the other...
