In february of 2008 we had our annual meeting for the hunt club and once again I asked the president what was going on with the AS since it was still sitting in the same spot. This time he told me that he had finally given the owner an ultimatum and it had to go since the gentleman had not paid his dues in now two years and he was getting sick of looking at it.I called the owner right then and he finally agreed to sell it rather than having to deal with it and the price was right !!! 500!!! I went hunting a few times over the course of the next year and each time I would see the president of the club I would ask him if he had found out about the AS( mainly because I needed to find something to stay in there rather than tent camp or stay in motels) and his answer was always" NO I need to do that".
