New chrome rubrail and what we found behind it ?

So we finally got around to replacing the chrome rubrail on our 23D as it was starting to look a little ratty for our taste. No big deal right? Just order new rail pull off the old and stick on the new.....
Well it was what we found behind the rubrail that stopped us short of a quick project and turned this little clean up job into a half day job. The screws that Airstream used from the factory were just cheap raw metal screws and they were rusting quite bad. Now our trailer is stored under...
