Rat in airstream

My son went to Ohio taking my 25' airstream. A week after he got their he heard a scratching sound under the floor. He set traps and about 2 weeks later caught a rat by the hot water heater. He put steel wool in any small hole that a rodent could enter the trailer. He still hears scratching. What should he do?

Rear storage underneath bumper

Sovereign in Ten Mile

On January of 2016 We begin researching Airstreams. We did a lot of reading on general information and noted prices to determine a fair price versa condition. On April 3 we made a down payment on a 1985 Sovereign 29 foot rear bedroom. On April 10 the Sovereign was delivered, I do not have a weight distribution hitch yet.

Trying to figure out how to size pictures to post as this Airstream needs some TLC.
