bad workmanship, wet flooring, no customer support

A couple years ago I posted pictures of my rotted out floor in my new Bambi.

After a lot of back and forth with Airstream they agreed to repair the damaged part of the floor. They repaired it with material that they now use instead of particle board (good idea) but it was 1/4 inch thicker so there was a rise in the floor where they had replace the rotted out section.
