Dashboard, Turn signals, radio failed

Now Radio won't work. It was flaky earlier, but now I have done something. fuses seem to be OK. I did end up with a wire with one of the sleeve clips on one and and fuse (like in fuse box) wired into, just seemed to be hanging...
