I have now read every post you have written in your blog and its been a fun read. (love your writing style). Anyway - because I'm from the western part of Canada I know most if not all the places you have been so its been interesting to read about your adventure.

We spent a week at Golden Canyon State Park last month. It's about 45 min NW of Golden. Very nice park and some great hiking trails. And a side trip up to Rocky Mt National Park topped it off.
