Here is my 2 cents
. As good as E-bay is it sucks aswell. I have sold many cars on E-bay and about 50% of the time they never send the cash. Here is some things I do to help out the item that I am selling.
1) write in the description a trems like this " You bid you win you own" that will get rid of the tire kickers
2) State in the bid If you have less than 3 + feed backs you must e-mail me before you bid .
3) check out there feed back that "winner was a dead beat". I would e-mail them to get some more info.Give them a check out. test there e-mail skills
4) Don't give up it will sell .Try e-mail the other bidders 9 out of 10 time you can make a deal
