| One option might be to consider sponge painting techniques used by faux painters. When Arlene Fowler (Fowler Interiors) refurbished the Interior of my Minuet, the only wall area that needed attention was the plastic end cap - - it had yellowed and no longer matched the surrounding vinyl-clad aluminum - - the solution was sponge painting the plastic end cap so that it blended with the vinyl clad surfacing of the walls.
