Installing the unit on a curved ceiling can be tricky. If the bottom half does not mount flush to the top half the cold air output will mix with the warmer air input. This could cause the air exiting the unit to be warmer then it should.To get mine to seal correctly I had to trim some material off of the bottom sides of the lower unit and then tapper that amount toward the center on the end pieces.
