I pulled the light and checked the wire again and there isn't any current going through it. I used a volt meter which gave me no indication of power. I also pulled pictures off of this forum that had my type trailer with the inner walls pulled out of the bathroom. I could see the wiring for the running lights. The wires seem to run along the top part of the bathroom window and then shoot up to the light. I have no idea how to get the wire out to fix it. I really do not want to run an outside wire and I am not going to take the inner wall out. I guess I will leave it as is.
