Installing a furnace rated at or near the same should be fine. The heat cycling can be somewhat controlled by the anticipator setting on the thermostat. The setting controls when the furnace cycles on and off. I'll have to admit, when it's that cold (25 degrees outside), the furnace is working very hard to keep ANY trailer warm.
