Your old NT24 should have had the trailer warm as toast. You don't need a bigger heater, you just need one that works right. The is a lot of difference in the size of the heaters. Fitting in an NT30 could prove to be difficult. Measure the old heater carefully and the check the specs on the new heater. It's better if the new one is the same size or just a little smaller.
