You can find lots of threads on the forums about custom cabinetry construction. The cabinets in vintage trailers are actually very lightweight frames with plywood exteriors. many people do modifications to their trailers, add dinettes or change the bed configuration. Many vintage suppliers sell cabinet hardware and latches. Though you can find neat stuff at many different places on the web that may not be made for trailers but will do the trick.
