Clearly there are some things going on that are shaking the RV more than it should if things are ripping out. I am not sure though if it could be tires or the axle. Have you tried putting Centramatics on it to help better balance it out? I realize at some point one could keep throwing money at the problem. Your problem is perplexing because I have been down some washboard type gravel/sand roads and have not had similar issues as you've exp and my fridge is now 6 years old.
