Save Wally has a great way to look up WBCCI rally locations. Many should welcome guests and non-members, even though the description the units give may give another impression. I'd call the contact person if you find a rally you are interested in.
I'd also like to see a forums rally guide where I can easily check the location. At least have a state mentioned in the title.
