I put an exterior shower in and it works. I put it next to my line that I hook up to a camp ground hose. I use the orginal hand held shower head that came with the airstream out side. My hot and cold valves are marked off in the back of the airstream. I will send you a pretty poor picture of the area I installed it. You can see the line for water going in but you cannot see the other line that is comming out. You can catch a glimpse of it peeking out behind the inline. I was putting my bumper back together when I took this picture and my bannana wrap. It is the only one I have of that area.

I have only used it when we dry camp. Otherwise I use the camp ground showers.
