I see 2 options. 1) Wiggle & tug & push gently on handle till it lets go. Be sure to be hooked up for dumping if it frees up. 2) Get somewhere you can dump freely on ground or be able to clean up afterwards. Put on some old clothes, facemask, & a snorkel and start undoing the 4 bolts that hold the valve in place. Good luck in the endeaver of your choice. i hope option 1 works out for you. I had to do option 2, but my tanks were clean.
