Call some welding shops. Some of them will do a hot weld on plastic tanks. Thats how I got the fittings in my new fresh tank...

Or suck it up and by a new one..... Saves time and money in the long run...

I was going to reuse my old fresh tank as a grey tank... In the end I decided a 40 year old plastic tank was not a good idea and the holes were not where i wanted them. So I payed the $200 + for a nice new one...
