Most moen faucets installed in AS had tailpieces soldered into faucet,then they were soldered onto the 1/4 trailer line.I can see the soldered coupling in your picture.Easiest way to remove is cut the 1/4" line with tubing cutters,when you reinstall use 3/8" compression unions.Squirt a little WD40 on the union threads and they will tighten up a lot easier.To remove the faucetfrom the top you need a 7/16 deep well or nut driver.
