Our home is in Florida, but we're in Indiana right now after looking at one in Ky. We have seen this one and it's very clean inside and out, and looks good otherwise.
I should also add that it's stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, a ground blanket the size of the awning, lawn chairs and table, etc. And nothing will need to be done to it (as far as we can tell!)
