Ok! I know you have heard this story before, So here goes. i bought a 1962 Globetrotter last year. It was purchased out of state. Before i can get a new title it had to be vin inspected at tag office. And they did it, numbers don't match. Title reads 1920323 trailer vin no reads 192D323. I have sent for a title copy from the state it came from. Now all titles from 3 owners say 0 not a D. What is the correct vin no and what does the vin mean? What can i do now?? Thanks for the help Pam
