Yes, Yukionna, the only performance at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center is Sunday Aug 16. The site you linked to was incorrect. You'll notice it doesn't actually have any tickets for sale!
So we won't be overrun with Phish attendees before Sunday, and we're leaving on Sunday anyway. balgrn, don't let the Phish concert dissuade you!
