I have a question. The bathroom is ugly, the rest I love. Is it best to try and use the bathroom as is, or gut it and use newer modern sinks, vanitys and shower< ect. An issue I have is that I am 6.2 and its hard to fit, or looks like it would be hard to fit in the bathroom period as well as use the existing toilet.

Does anyone have pics of restored bathroom like this? I hear you can paint the material and I have some background in body and paint work.

Or, have people torn out the existing bathrooms and built new ones and are there some newer plans out there from previous people who have done this and already reinvested the wheel sort of speaking?
