Rivet Master | | | I keep a fairly standard list of things to do or stock on a PDA. It helps avoid nasty surprises. (If I remember the PDA) As you’ve undoubtedly found out, the GlobeTrotter is a bit short on storage. Aside from the usual array of clothing, hoses, water filters, cords, tools etc. We’ve also added a few things not on most people’s list. Small portable waffle iron, thick aluminum griddle and a smoothie maker. Look for the small bottles of add water, shake up, pancake batter. The kids will like making their own waffles. The smoothie maker is really just a mini food processor/blender. A handy multi taker for a small space. Find a griddle that just fits across two of the stove burners. We store it in the oven and can use it inside, or out on a fire. One thing we don’t pack a lot of is food. My wife loves to check out the local grocery stores. Fresh local foods and different brands can make the meals more spontaneous and interesting than eating the same stuff you get at home. We also have a couple of unopened movies stashed in an overhead. You never know when the weather might turn bad and you need to spend a day inside. Just some of our quirks. Maybe one will work for you. Tom.
