My friend and I installed a Sharp Carousl Double Grill Convection Microwave Oven and a three burner Amana gas cook top in my 28 foot 2005 Safari in 2004 and it works great. I found that it will cook just about anything I've tried so far. It's not a hard installation at all. You just need an extra pair of hands.
