When I was looking at a 31' Dinette, it only had the convection combo oven. I had asked Chris Burch at the service center what it would cost to get the standard oven installed (which most likely had plumbing needs, as yours might have electrical needs). Either way, there were some cabinet mods and I seem to recall including the stove it was about $1200.00. Though that was to move from the conv/combo to the conventional oven, I am pretty sure it could be similar in cost, maybe more since you will have a separate cooktop that will be needed.
