We have a 2005 Safari 25FB. Neither of us are much in the cooking department. Even though we have spent 350+ nights and pulled Lucy over 40,000 miles, the oven has been lit only about 5 or 6 times.

Accordingly, we are considering options that better fit our lifestyle. We are considering replacing the gas oven with a convection/microwave oven combination. We would like to keep at least a gas two or three burner stove top in the new set up.

We have never owned a microwave/convection combo. We are looking for pros/cons, advice on brands and use, and thoughts on set up and installation.
