 Convection vs standard oven
While I don't use the oven, my wife says she wishes she had our former standard oven. For one thing, you need your generator to operate the oven. As others have said, you need the owners manual everytime you use it. We have a 30 Excella (2000) and would gladly swap with someone who wants the microwave/convection.
