Converter? Batteries? Furnace? Water heater? Those are the biggies, if you can get behind it, maybe you can see if there's anything there. Maybe a wheel well? If it's a wheel well, you might as well just learn to live with it, but most anything else can be moved, depending on how bad you want the extra room in an area you spend less than 3% of your camping life.
