In times like this its time to bring back the good old barter system. Whats a dollar worth right now. Every business is trying to carve out some profit out of desparation.. i dont blame them.. just dont want to be part of it. Im a mechanic by trade. I posted an add on craigslist interested in finding someone that might have the skills to refinish the 32 cabinent / doors / drawers inside the airstream. I tried it and i dont like the way they are coming out. I found a nice guy that works for a cabinent business (verified and referenced) with a truck thats not running right. We talked about bartering our skills based on the time each of us will have into the job. I figure that if i took these somewhere i could easily have a $500.00 dollar bill. Im hoping that i can diagnose it and fix something that involves mostly labor. Im so excited to get the doors finished as it will really freshen up the interior..
