Give polycarbonate a try, it can be rolled, when we buy a piece 8' x 20' to make a sign from it comes off a large roll. Most people refer to polycarbonate as "Lexan". Lexan is actually the brand name for poycarbonate made by General Electric. You can buy it at roughly 1/16" thick up to 3/16" thick, in clear and 1/8" and 3/16" thick in translucent white. Most sign shops us the stuff and might have a drop taking up space or try any place that sells plastic. We have a place in town called Alro Steel, they also sell different plastics. Kind of tough to cut, saws like to kick back. We turn our blades backwards on the circular saws/panel saw or use metal blades in our jig saws.
